The 654i Press-i-dent furnace opens the mind of the dental technician to a new world of unique pressing possibilities.
The furnace incorporates its innovative electro-mechanical upwards-pressing propulsion to provide precise pressings; it is equipped with a closed firing chamber to deliver homogeneous temperature distribution, needed for perfect firing. Firing temperatures up to 1200°C.
The i-series range of AUSTROMAT furnaces provides the user a large, 10.4" high resolution display, internet database connection, remote control via network, integrated tele-service, and software updates/backups via internet.

The DEKEMA trixpress™ system includes ring sizes of 100 g, 200 g and 380 g, adapted to the functions of the AUSTROMAT press-i-dent. The three sizes cover all pressing and overpressing techniques from individual crowns to 14 unit bridges. Since the disposable placeholders can be arranged as desired, you can simultaneously process up to 30 g of porcelain and/or five different colors simultaneously during one single pressing. The use of the press ingots can be optimized by distributing the porcelain to several plungers.
The trixpress™ ring system includes: formers for 100g, 200g, and 380g rings, 2 x base plate, 2 x aluminum ring, 1 x lid, 50 x blue placeholder (13mm diameter), 5 x disposable plunger (13mm diameter).
