DEKEMA AUSTROMAT 674i

The 674i merges user-oriented operation, short sintering cycles, low energy consumption, Dekema's SiC heating technology, and a compact foot print into a user-friendly sintering oven. Approximately 40 copings or restorations with up to six units can be reliably sintered within its chamber. Approximately 20 copings with a max diameter of 100mm can be simultaneously sintered on top of the insulation table, providing additional sintering capacity. Dekema's AUTODRY system has been further improved, providing both precise drying steps as well as quick and direct heating/cooling steps for shorter sintering cycles.

The high-temperature 674i sintering furnace is equipped with two silicon carbide heating elements to safely and consistently operate at temperatures up to 1530°C. All components of the 674i's chamber are made of durable materials of the highest purity to help ensure homogeneous heat distribution in a clean atmosphere. The 674i's patent-pending platinum/platinum-rhodium thermocouples monitor the chamber's temperature.

The i-series range of AUSTROMAT furnaces provides the user a large, 10.4" high resolution display, internet database connection, remote control via network, integrated tele-service, and software updates/backups via internet.
