The Pro-Form® line now carries Fun Guard designs to add even more options to the already extensive line of styles and colors. The Fun Guard laminates are made the same way all Pro-form laminates to ensure the long-proven quality and protection athletes of all levels need.

By laminating two layers of soft EVA together, the Pro-Form laminate has excellent tensile strength. All of these features make the Pro-Form mouthguard laminate the first choice for custom-made mouthguards. There are six different styles offered through the tie dye line: Blue Polkadots, White Polkadots, Red Polkadots, Fang and Blood. The laminates come in packs of 6.

Does not contain latex, BPA, gluten, or monomer.
