Handler #7 Steel Threaded Tapered Chuck

Steel threaded tapered chuck is used for buffing wheels on a polishing
motor. The #7R slides onto a 3/8″ right side tapered shaft of a lathe
with friction grip, and the #7L slides onto a 3/8" left side tapered shaft.
